Arik Casden is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Casden & Castro – Imperyah Bonim, where he leads the firm's strategic vision across institutional investments, infrastructure development, and transformative real estate initiatives. He is responsible for originating investment opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing projects designed to create long-term economic value.

With more than twenty years of experience in real estate development, investment, and asset management, Mr. Casden has built a distinguished career delivering complex projects across multifamily residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, and strategic development sectors.

His professional foundation is rooted in one of Southern California's most established real estate organizations. Through the legacy of Casden Properties, developments have included more than 90,000 multifamily apartment homes, including landmark communities such as Palazzo Westwood Village, Palazzo West, Palazzo East, and the Broadcast Center Apartments. This experience provided extensive exposure to institutional-scale development, capital deployment, and long-term asset management.
